Bursitis Symptoms to Watch For

General Add comments

Bursitis, tendonitis, and arthritis have a lot in common. Often, one is mistaken for the other. This makes proper diagnosis of bursitis crucial. After all, treatment won’t be effective unless it’s one that goes to the root of the problem. So how do you know you have bursitis and not tendonitis or arthritis? Let bursitis symptoms do the talking! Take a quick look at the list and tick off the ones you have.

1. Stiffness in areas around the hip, knee, big toe, shoulder, and other joints
2. A dull ache felt in  areas around the hip, knee, big toe, shoulder, and other joints
3. Joint pain that feels worse when you move or apply pressure on the affected area
4. Swollen areas that feel warm when you touch them
5. Redness of the skin where the inflamed bursa is

If you suffer from all or most of the bursitis symptoms listed, then it’s time to pay the doctor a visit. Or, you could take on the condition on your own. You can put an ice pack over the swollen area. You could rest the affected joint, too, and stop doing activities that put unnecessary pressure or strain on certain muscles. It also wouldn’t hurt to supplement these healthy habits with ‘Joint Advance’. I do and I’ve never had any reason to regret doing so.
